I wanted to include a diary within the instillation to emphasise the fact that it is a bedroom; seeing the theme of the exhibition, I had to make it surreal. So I recalled all of the surreal things that have ever happened to me and chose to combine them in a book. These include a bird living in the supermarket, my dad dressed up with a lobster head in the park and more. I chose to play around with sizing and ended up exaggerating the surreal theme by going with a smaller size. Below are the entries I made using PROCREATE.
