A GAME OF CHESS?

Is my bedside table a game to you?

As you may have guessed from the title, this project will be focused on creating a bedside table out of tiles creating a repeated square pattern – resembling a chess board. I will then be creating my own game, similar to chess, allowing the public to come and sit around the table and play the game. Below I have shown the concept and the thought process behind it with the workings out.

Every bedroom needs a bedside table and with my theme being surrealism, this means that I can have more fun with it – again, altering how everyday objects might be used.
